Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I post about my daily life, positive and negative. My parents took me to America in the year 1990, at which point I was just a year old. It wouldn't be possible to share my life story today had my parents not worked hard and make sacrifices. Since I was confident that I would have a brighter future I set out to be successful and do my parents happy. My goals were set as follows: I'd go to university, get an employment in a company then marry, and purchase a home. My idea of success was to attend college to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and start a family. Life had other ideas. It was 2013 when I found that I hated going to work in my company job. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I thought I was wasting time for money. I had a passion for fitness and having fun and helping people while I walked this new path in life I discovered my passion for personal training. In 2014, I founded my small company which will mark my 7th year anniversary by 2021. Being a Asian female working in the field, there are very few of us. My aim in the industry is to build a more sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my clients. I am also committed to supporting others so that they are able to achieve the goals they set, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mom was the most devastating loss to me. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will keep her in my heart. It is possible to learn from life, even though it may be difficult to see it now. In so many ways, my mother's passing affected me in many ways. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to live through her demise. Her passing at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin a new life. To me, it was a second chance for me to live a full and happy life. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a feeling of vitality and awareness. It's like I'm truly living instead of just being. My life is shared and experiences with you, hoping that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts for you to be aware that you're not the only one, to be aware that you are far more capable than anything else you put your heart into. the fact that real love is there and therapy is a necessity and normal as health is the best source of wealth. As death is all that we can have, I hope you enjoy the rest of your days and live with no regrets.
